areas of practice
The firm intervenes on international issues and proposes means of dispute resolution tobe undertaken before French and European courts.
Some cases require the involvement of foreign lawyers as well as experts ininterrelated disciplines (private detectives, technical experts, PR agencies), while others require complementary legal skills.
In all cases, a synergy of means and skills is sought to optimise the resources involved.
The firm assists you from the early stages of a criminal case (hearings, police custody, judicial information) in white collar crime and general criminal law.
We also work on international cases (seizures, confiscation, European and international arrest warrants, extradition) as well as in the context of Interpol procedures.
The firm is involved in civil and commercial litigation both upstream, from the development of pre-trial strategies, negotiations and recovery strategies, and downstream before the competent courts.
It relies on its knowledge of comparative law and a network of lawyers in various key jurisdictions.
The firm projects an international vision of the protection of human rights into its activity, offering legal advice and preparing appeals before the French and European courts as well as before United Nations protection bodies.
This dimension covers both physical and moral attacks on the person and attacks on property rights.
European law is relevant in many areas of French law (civil, family, commercial, consumer, criminal, etc.). The firm reflects on this European order, in order to identify whether other remedies at European level exist to support the case (preliminary questions, actions for annulment).
The firm also advises and prepares appeals against unilateral restrictive measures (sanctions) adopted by the European Union.
